You’ll want to make sure that your wedding venue can accommodate your wedding date before you start booking any of your suppliers. After all, they won’t be able to book you in without this information.

#3 Know How Many Guests Will Be Attending

Most wedding vendors will need to provide a quote based on how many people they’ll be catering for so in order to get an accurate quote right from the off, make sure you know the exact amount of guests who are attending. This way, you won’t be caught out with an unexpected bills prior to your big day.
